The process for saving for retirement has become so complex and confusing it’s not surprising that people have a hard time figuring out what’s in their best interest.
At Icon, we are committed to simplifying the complex, delivering fair and transparent investment information, and giving people ownership and control of their retirement savings.
Workplace flexibility
We started off as a remote team. Location isn’t a barrier. We now have offices in San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR for team members who want to work in person.
